I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder of Lift Every Voice Counseling, where I provide compassionate and supportive therapy for women throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Maybe you’re the person everyone turns to. You show up, get things done, and keep moving even when you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or quietly struggling behind the scenes. You may be navigating anxiety, self-doubt, depression, trauma, or a life transition that didn’t go the way you imagined. You may also be carrying the emotional weight of infertility, PCOS/PMOS, endometriosis, or the complicated relationship you’ve developed with your body and your future. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it all out before reaching out. Therapy with me is a space where you can take a breath, be honest about what you’re really feeling, and feel supported without judgment.
